See the gamesChat commands are not working, what should I do?
First check the chat connection line on the Setup page. If it is green, the problem is on the overlay side: make sure the address in OBS matches your channel name. If it is red, press "Try again"; if that does not help, sign in once more.
Why does the screen look empty in OBS?
The overlay's background is transparent, so looking empty is normal — a parachute drops when a command arrives. To test it, use the Drop 3 parachutes button on the Setup page. Also make sure "Shutdown source when not visible" and "Refresh browser when scene becomes active" are off.
I changed a setting — do I need to update the OBS address?
No. If you signed in, your settings are stored in your account and the change goes to the live overlay instantly. Your OBS address stays the same.
How do I earn coins?
Three ways: the welcome gift when you first sign in, Patreon support, and support codes. Every successful Patreon payment adds coins to your account on its own — you link your account once and never click anything again. Details are on the Coins page.
Which platforms does it work with?
Kick and Twitch. You can link both to the same account: your coins, your items and your leaderboard stay in one place no matter which one you stream on.
Do my viewers need an account?
No. They type the command in your chat and they are in — no sign-up, no install, nothing to download. Only you, the streamer, have an account.
Is it free?
The game is free to run. New accounts start with a welcome gift of coins, every category in the store has free items, and the pool colours are free in full. Coins are only needed for the extra cosmetics.
If another game is added, do I have to buy my character again?
No. Characters and name tags are shared across every game — they are the viewer, not the scene, so you buy them once. Only scene items (themes, pool, canopy shapes, landing effects) belong to a specific game.
What happens if a Patreon payment is refunded?
Your coins are never taken back, even if you have already spent them. The account is marked as awaiting payment instead: on the third day a notice appears on your overlay, and if no new payment arrives within seven days the account is restricted. Nothing is deleted, and any new payment lifts the restriction immediately.
How do I delete my account and my data?
If you choose Disconnect in the profile menu at the top right, your chat subscription is cancelled and the access data we store is deleted. If you also want your scores and coins removed, send an e-mail and we will delete them by hand.
