Terms of service

By using ChatArcade you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide behind length.
What ChatArcade is
ChatArcade adds chat-driven mini games to your stream through a browser source in OBS. Viewers play by typing a command; you keep control of the settings.
Your account
You sign in with Kick or Twitch; we never see your password. You are responsible for what happens through your account. One person should not run several accounts to collect rewards more than once.
Age
You need a Kick or Twitch account to use ChatArcade, and those platforms set their own minimum age. ChatArcade is not intended for anyone under 13. Patreon requires you to be an adult in your country before it will take a payment.
Coins
Coins are a number inside ChatArcade. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. They unlock in-game looks only.
Patreon support
Each successful Patreon payment adds the coins listed for that tier. A new payment in a later month adds coins again. Ending your Patreon membership never removes coins you already received.
Refunds
If a Patreon payment is refunded, we do not take the coins back — even if you have already spent them. Instead your account is marked as awaiting payment. On the third day a notice appears on your overlay. If no new payment arrives within seven days, the account is restricted: the site, the store and the overlay stop working. Nothing is deleted, and any new payment lifts the restriction immediately.
Kick, Twitch and Patreon
ChatArcade works on top of these platforms but is not part of them and is not endorsed by them. Your relationship with each is governed by their own terms. If one of them changes its rules or its interface, parts of ChatArcade may stop working until we adapt.
Fair use
Do not try to forge scores or payments, flood the service with automated requests, take it apart to build a copy, or use ChatArcade to harass anyone. If an account does these things we may restrict or close it. We tell you why when we do.
Your overlay address
The key at the end of your overlay address proves your channel may submit scores. Keep it to yourself and do not show it on stream. If it leaks, renew it on the setup page — the old address stops working at once.
Availability
ChatArcade is offered as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. We will not remove coins you already hold when that happens.
What belongs to whom
The ChatArcade name, the artwork, the characters and the code belong to the operator. You may use them as part of your stream while you use the service — that is the point — but not resell them, redistribute them, or pass them off as your own. Your stream, your channel and your viewers' nicknames remain yours; we claim no rights over them.
Limits of our responsibility
ChatArcade is a small project run by one person. We do our best, but we cannot be held responsible for lost viewers, lost income, or anything else that follows from the service being unavailable or behaving unexpectedly. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
Turkish law applies to these terms and Turkish courts are competent for disputes. The Turkish version is the binding one; the other languages are provided for convenience. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not remove the protections your own country's law gives you.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use ChatArcade means accepting the new version.
